Responsibilities
- Lead advanced R&D projects in generative AI and quantum computing
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals annually
- Develop patentable algorithms for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Mentor PhD candidates and cross-functional innovation teams
- Secure $2M+ in government and private research grants
- Present findings at global tech summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research with top-tier publications
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
