- Lead cross-functional teams in executing metaverse and Web3.0 implementations
- Develop strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring digital maturity and ROI of transformation initiatives
- Drive innovation labs to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present transformation blueprints to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ transformation programs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architecture, or similar
- Experience scaling digital operations across global enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 protocols and metaverse development standards
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
