Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across quantum computing, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in building prototype systems for next-gen enterprise solutions
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) into production environments
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Mentor junior engineers through innovation sprints and hackathons focused on 2026 use cases
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortiums on future tech trends
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record shipping production systems using next-gen technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field OR equivalent startup CTO experience
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published research at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or corporate innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
