Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence) for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating cutting-edge innovations with core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize high-impact tech opportunities
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies to inform strategic pivots
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech scouting initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, technology adoption curves)
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing successful tech transformation initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certifications in innovation management or technology forecasting (e.g., CFIP, CTO)
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
