Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year innovation roadmap targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Analyze emerging trends to identify disruptive business models and revenue streams
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product development
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to investors, partners, and key stakeholders
- Drive ethics-first innovation frameworks for 2026 technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or ventures
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Experience with ethics in technology and responsible innovation frameworks
- Fluency in data analysis tools (Python, Tableau, etc.)
