Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and launching disruptive solutions
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic inflection points
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate innovation into core business strategy
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to board and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or technologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience managing innovation budgets and P&L for technology initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
