Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 technology and societal trend radar
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate future-facing products and services
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
- Champion future-ready workforce development programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech and VC ecosystems
