Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate disruptive innovations into core business strategy
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints and pilot programs for breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in innovation consulting, R&D leadership, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, Python) and innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends: generative AI, synthetic biology, spatial computing, and circular economy
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and ability to articulate complex concepts
