Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) in prototyping and launching market-defining products
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic factors to inform long-term R&D priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present innovation roadmaps and future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor emerging talent and build an internal 'futurist' talent pipeline
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation challenges and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic foresight with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling abilities
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives delivered
