Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation vision across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists to prototype future-ready solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal thought leadership programs
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with global trend analysis and forecasting tools
