You'll shape our corporate foresight framework while mentoring the next wave of innovators.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-ready solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present visionary insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Drive adoption of ethical AI and sustainable tech principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating and commercializing future tech trends
- Expertise in quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- PhD or Master's in Technology Futures, Systems Thinking, or related field
