Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Anticipate geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for next-gen solutions
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify acquisition targets
- Present futurist frameworks to Fortune 500 clients and government bodies
- Curate annual 'Horizon 2026' technology symposium series
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism/foresight roles
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate engineering
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- PhD or equivalent in emerging tech fields (preferred)
- Experience briefing C-suite executives and policymakers
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
