Responsibilities
- Provide professional, patient, and efficient technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct user training sessions to improve technical literacy and reduce future support tickets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite and update knowledge base articles regularly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
