Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI symbiotic systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across biotech, quantum, and space sectors
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives at global summits
- Curate annual 'Future Now' innovation symposium featuring industry disruptors
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed future studies journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams in remote-first environments
