Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) to map innovation pathways through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategies for future-proofing our product ecosystem
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for 2030 challenges
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-forward concepts
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
