- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions for real-world challenges
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-economic shifts affecting long-term industry landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Drive scenario planning workshops to prepare for alternative future realities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record developing strategic frameworks for emerging technologies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive innovation methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation trends
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation projects in tech or consulting
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (strongly preferred)
