- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Establish foresight frameworks for regulatory adaptation in decentralized governance models
- Present future-state briefings to C-suite executives and global innovation councils
- Author white papers on ethical AI evolution and sustainable resource optimization
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot ventures with $10M+ innovation budgets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantum Engineering (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or C-suite innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and causal layered analysis
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proficiency in foresight platforms like Gartner TDS or Horizonscan
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of at least three future-proofed commercial innovations
