Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps by synthesizing global tech trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators
- Lead 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-7 year commercial viability
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Develop 'Future Scenario Playbooks' for emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, and climate AI
- Drive innovation pipeline through rapid prototyping and MVP validation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Quantum Leap Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (IEEE/HBR/MIT Press)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and Wild Card Analysis
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
