- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech disruptors (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on market evolution opportunities
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies across 15+ industry verticals
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Present findings at global conferences and publish industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Published author or frequent speaker on future technologies (e.g., Singularity, Web3)
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., Palantir, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socio-economic factors shaping 2026
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
