Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech into core business operations
- Present future impact assessments to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Architect the Innovation Lab's 2026 research agenda and technology incubation pipeline
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches on emerging paradigm shifts
- Mentor high-potential talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, CSO) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation programs within Fortune 500 or tech unicorns
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic roadmaps
