- Quantify ROI on innovation investments through predictive modeling and KPI frameworks
- Build and lead a global team of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts
- Publish thought leadership on future trends in top-tier business journals
- Champion ethical AI adoption and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale transformation projects
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with foresight methodologies like Delphi or Horizon Scanning
