Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies and societal shifts through proprietary trend analysis frameworks
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Architect innovation pipelines for next-gen AI, quantum, and climate tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with engineering and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and investor community
- Design and implement KPI systems for tracking future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical narratives to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
