Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption and market disruption
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic insights to board members and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech) and their implications
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning frameworks and predictive models
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
