Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing product roadmaps and business models
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize moonshot projects with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design and maintain a real-time 'Future Radar' monitoring system for early signals
- Advise executive team on investment decisions in emerging ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
