Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Present future-focused insights to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring R&D teams on future-centric methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
