Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop predictive models for market evolution and competitive disruption using AI-powered analytics
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work implications and digital transformation
- Manage a portfolio of experimental ventures exploring quantum applications and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interaction systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Published research on AI ethics, biotech governance, or quantum computing applications
- Experience presenting complex future scenarios to C-level executives and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization strategies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
