Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market disruption preparedness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for our verticals
- Design and implement horizon scanning protocols to capture early signals of change
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and business experiments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success metrics
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
