Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Map, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market disruptions and competitive threats
- Design scenario-planning models for regulatory and geopolitical shifts affecting tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for early technology access
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work implications
- Mentor innovation teams on long-term technology integration strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in predictive analytics and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy with data-driven insights
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption
