Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-facing priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Design innovation pipelines integrating quantum computing, AGI, and climate tech advancements
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex global data
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
