Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports on emerging risks and opportunities
- Design and execute innovation pilots for future-proof business models
- Partner with product teams to embed 2026-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting future markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology commercialization
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
