Responsibilities

- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for paradigm shifts
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor innovation teams in exponential thinking methodologies
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer quantum-resistant architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on 4IR implications (Nature/Science/IEEE preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Horizon Scanning platforms)
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or equivalent) required
