Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration, climate adaptation technologies, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and policy teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs specializing in future technologies
- Author annual 'State of 2026' industry reports positioning Horizon as a thought leader
- Mentor a team of futurists and strategy analysts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
