Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, prototyping, and validating emerging technology solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate innovations into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategy roles
- Proven track record leading complex innovation initiatives from ideation to launch
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, quantum computing, blockchain)

- Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies
