- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, Web3)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or disruptive innovation
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across public/private sectors
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and global tech policy landscapes
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP preferred)
