- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize strategic innovation initiatives
- Partner with R&D to translate technological capabilities into commercial applications
- Monitor global innovation trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a network of industry thought leaders and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, strategic planning, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful technology-driven initiatives
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
