Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or future tech planning
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking and systems-level problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Strong proficiency in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
