Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead high-stakes R&D initiatives in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3-5 concurrent projects
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present findings to board members and venture capital partners
- Anticipate ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum products
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
