- Conduct horizon-scanning research identifying emerging threats and opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 3-5 year technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives to $50M+ impact
- Experience with decentralized governance models and DAO ecosystems
