Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for emerging sectors (quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Analyze global innovation trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Create predictive models for technology lifecycle management and ROI optimization
- Present forward-looking strategies to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Maintain an 'Innovation Radar' monitoring patent filings, venture capital flows, and policy shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in corporate innovation, strategic foresight, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, bio-integration, or climate AI
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Technology Impact Assessment
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or next-gen human-AI collaboration
- Experience scaling innovation labs or corporate venture units
