Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the CI/CD pipeline for the 2026 product suite, ensuring automated, reliable, and rapid deployments.
- Lead the migration strategy to microservices architecture, overseeing the release of new modules with zero downtime.
- Implement advanced monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve production issues before they impact users.
- Collaborate with security teams to integrate DevSecOps practices into the release lifecycle.
- Define and enforce release standards, conduct post-mortem analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs and resource utilization within the release environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Deep expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching layers (Redis).
