Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support: Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot Systems: Diagnose and fix technical problems for internal staff and external clients efficiently.
- Document Incidents: Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Hardware & Software Setup: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Client Communication: Deliver clear, professional explanations to non-technical users regarding technical concepts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the IT engineering team to escalate complex issues and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Language: Fluent in English; bilingual skills are highly preferred.
