Responsibilities

- Develop and publish quarterly trend reports with data-driven future scenario modeling
- Design strategic frameworks for product roadmaps aligned with long-term technological trajectories
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with academic partners and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex futures research into executable business strategies for product development
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization expertise
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures-to-strategy translation projects
