- Facilitate executive workshops translating future insights into strategic priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable innovation pathways
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
- Oversee prototype development for next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Advocate for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic frameworks
- Experience with collaborative VR/AR foresight platforms
