Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps with 18-24 month horizons
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through workshops and hackathons focused on 2026 capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or consulting with proven 2020+ trend analysis experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Demonstrated success translating foresight into commercial products or market strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio of published future scenario analyses or innovation frameworks
