Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen AI and biotech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Drive adoption of quantum computing applications in enterprise ecosystems
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or climate modeling systems
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ user impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Haskell preferred)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for AI and biotechnology
