Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 digital transformation roadmap, aligning with quantum computing and AI breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen sustainable tech solutions for global markets
- Drive innovation in human-AI collaboration frameworks and ethical tech governance
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Oversee implementation of immersive tech ecosystems (VR/AR/IoT) for enterprise clients
- Monitor emerging tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 technology landscapes
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed projections
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with demonstrated experience in future-focused innovation
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech architectures
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams and managing $50M+ innovation budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2018-2023)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks governing AI and biotech
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive and technical audiences
