Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology forecasts analyzing convergence of AI, biotech, and climate solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Present trend insights to executive board with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks including industry thought leaders
- Author quarterly '2026 Horizon Reports' disseminated to Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and prototyping future solutions
- Advant on emerging regulations affecting tech adoption (e.g., AI governance frameworks)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy or technology innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
