Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and immersive experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Author thought leadership positioning InnovateNext as the authority on 2026 tech ecosystems
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Define ethical frameworks for deploying advanced AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with proven future-vision track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or spatial computing
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovative concepts from prototype to enterprise-level deployment
- Deep understanding of technological convergence and exponential growth patterns
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
