Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures beyond 5-year horizons
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience with regulatory strategy for frontier technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish preferred for global collaboration
