Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technological roadmap for the year 2026, aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (GenAI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into actionable product and engineering roadmaps.
- Establish partnerships with key industry players and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the digital transformation strategy, ensuring scalability and security for future growth.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and sustainable technology solutions within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives from concept to completion.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and their potential impact on business models by 2026.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certified in Strategic Planning (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, or similar) is a plus.
